We would like to assure you that during these strange and testing times, we are doing all we possibly can to ensure your visit to us is relaxed, enjoyable and above all, safe. We are adhering to the latest Government guidelines, and are fortunate enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of the High Street.
We are able to implement social distancing, with a maximum of two customers visiting us per appointment. We ask that you use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival, and have masks available upon request. We ensure that all door handles and surfaces are thoroughly disinfected daily and after each visitor.
If you have any concerns regarding your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to ensure your concerns are alleviated.

We are so fortunate to live and work surrounded by the beautiful Kent countryside and many of our clients often make quite a long journey to come and visit us. If you are traveling from London, trains run direct from Victoria to within 2 minutes walk to our door! Why not incorporate a day or even a weekend stay into your trip? We are ideally located within easy reach of the historic City of Canterbury, the picturesque seaside town of Whitstable and the stunning White Cliffs of Dover so there is plenty to explore! You can find a few of our personal favourite places to visit and stay on the Discover More page of our website, or do contact us if you would like any further guidance. And if that doesn’t persuade you to come and visit us, the whole process can also be done over the phone, email or via Zoom (although with this option you’ll have to make your own coffee!)
